摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】外用米诺地尔治疗雄激素性秃发（AGA）已在临床上长期应用，但仍存在不能达到预期疗效或耐受性不佳等问题。目前口服米诺地尔为高血压的二线或三线治疗，但越来越多的证据支持口服低剂量米诺地尔用于治疗AGA。该文综述口服低剂量米诺地尔治疗AGA的可能机制及临床应用。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Topical minoxidil has been applied to the treatment of androgenetic alopecia （AGA） in clinical practice for a long time, but some problems still exist, such as unsatisfactory efficacy or poor tolerance. Currently, oral minoxidil is only indicated as second- or third-line therapy for hypertension, but growing evidence has supported the off-label use of low-dose oral minoxidil for the treatment of AGA. This review summarizes possible mechanisms and clinical application of low-dose oral minoxidil in the treatment of AGA.
