Abstract: 【Abstract】 Stromal vascular fraction gel (SVF-gel) is a highly active substance obtained by mechanically cutting and centrifugation of adipose tissues, with mature fat cells and oil droplets removed in the process. Due to the reserve of adipose-derived stem cells, extracellular matrix, and concentrated stromal vascular fractions, as well as the capability for low-temperature storage, SVF-gel has been widely used in various fields such as filling, improvement of pigmentation abnormalities, scar treatment, and wound repair in recent years. This review summarizes the current status and prospects of the application of SVF-gel in burn care, plastic surgery, and dermatology.
