Correlation of polymorphic sun light eruption with HLA-DQB1 and -DPB1 genes in Han Nationality from Yunnan Province

Abstract:

[Abstract] objective To explore the relationship between the allele of HLA-DQB1、DPB1 and polymorphous light eruption of the Han Nationality in Yunnan .Method HLA-DQB1、DPB1 tying of 38patients with PLE were investigated by PCR-SBT method, and the frequencies of HLA-DQB1.DPB1 alleles were compared. Result eleven kinds of HLA-DQB1and 9 kinds of DPB1 were found from the specimens, including 9 kinds of HLA-DQB1 and 8 kinds DPB1 of in PLE specimens, and eleven kinds of HLA-DQB1and 9 kinds of DPB1 in control specimens. Among them HLA-DQB1*05031 allele was positively associated with PLE(χ2=5.691,P<0.05),the frequencies of HLA-DPB1*0501 was higher than control,but the P was less than 0.05.Conclusion HLA-DQB1*05031 may be the susceptible allele of Yunnan Han nationality PLE patients ,no susceptible or protective allele.
