Abstract: Occupational ilesmatoses occur in film processors caused by direct contact with the developers of the colour film, The incidence of the first investigation in 1975 was 59.5% but at the second time it decreased to 35.2% in 1980.The skin lesions of 47 cases were mainly contact dermatitis, In relapsed cases the lesion might become chronic. The allergens were T S S, CD-2 sad CD-3, which were contained in the develbpers. On the basis of patch tests and clinical observation, it seemed that allergenic activity of T S S and CD-2 were stronger than that of CD-3. Among 47 patients, 12 cases, were complicated with frecklelike black punctate lesions.According to the practical condition of production, we suggested that the worker should wear rubber gloves or using plastic paint and immersed their; hands in solution of weak avid for protection in the light of the different type of work. The effect of these preventive measures has been followed.
