Abstract: 【Abstract】 Atopic dermatitis （AD） is a chronic, recurrent, systemic disease that requires long?term management. For the majority of AD patients, the diagnosis, treatment, and management are carried out in outpatient departments, making it important to establish AD outpatient medical records to improve the quality of AD management. Currently, there are no unified and standardized AD outpatient medical records in China. Therefore, the expert consensus task force group developed this consensus on AD outpatient medical record templates, and proposed corresponding quality control standards, aiming to standardize the documentation of AD medical records and improve the quality of AD management.
