Abstract: 【Abstract】    Psoriasis in special areas affects the scalp, nails, palms/soles, and genital sites, and inadequate diagnosis and treatment, as well as poor response to conventional therapies, remain problems in clinical practice. The review summarizes and updates clinical evidence on the efficacy and safety of conventional systemic agents, biologics, and oral small-molecule targeted agents for the treatment of psoriasis in special areas, providing a reference for clinicians to individualize therapies for their patients.
