Abstract: 【Abstract】 The prevalence, severity, treatment response, and prognosis of diseases may have gender biases. In recent years, studies have shown that there are gender differences in the occurrence, development, treatment, disease burden, prognosis, and comorbidities of psoriasis, which provides new directions for improving the treatment response and prognosis of psoriasis. This review summarizes the gender differences in epidemiology, clinical characteristics, treatment, disease burden, prognosis, and comorbidities of psoriasis.
