Abstract: 【Abstract】 Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease that often imposes significant physical and psychological burdens on affected individuals. With the continuous development of technology, the application of artificial intelligence in psoriasis has expanded across multiple domains, including diagnosis, lesion segmentation, severity assessment, treatment decision-making, remote management, candidate drug prediction, and preventive medicine. It has become one of the focuses in current research and clinical practice. This review summarizes the current status of artificial intelligence applications in psoriasis, aiming to provide a reference for future research and clinical practice.
