摘要: 【摘要】 铁死亡是一种可控的细胞死亡机制,在多种肿瘤中具有降低肿瘤治疗抵抗作用,但其在皮肤恶性肿瘤中的研究尚浅。本文对皮肤恶性肿瘤的铁死亡机制和相关干预措施研究进展进行综述,为临床药物开发及治疗提供参考。

关键词: 皮肤肿瘤, 细胞死亡, 皮肤恶性肿瘤, 铁死亡, 铁死亡诱导剂, 纳米技术, 免疫治疗

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Ferroptosis is a controllable cell death mechanism that can overcome therapeutic resistance in various tumors, but its research in malignant skin tumors is still limited. This review summarizes the research progress in mechanisms of ferroptosis and related intervention measures in malignant skin tumors, providing references for clinical drug development and treatment.
