摘要: 【摘要】 瘢痕疙瘩是一种异常纤维增生性皮肤病,复发性高且缺乏临床有效治疗方案。目前发病机制尚未明确,已有研究表明巨噬细胞在瘢痕疙瘩进程中发挥重要作用。本文根据巨噬细胞在瘢痕疙瘩中的极化、作用机制、细胞相互作用、针对性治疗方案阐述巨噬细胞在瘢痕疙瘩发病机制中的重要性,旨在为瘢痕疙瘩的研究和治疗提供参考。

关键词: 瘢痕疙瘩, 巨噬细胞, 转化生长因子β, 极化, 细胞外基质

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Keloid is an abnormal fibroproliferative skin disease characterized by high recurrence rates and lack of clinically effective treatments. Currently, the pathogenesis of keloids is not yet clear, but accumulated evidence has indicated that macrophages play important roles in the progression of keloids. This review summarizes the polarization, mechanisms of action, and cellular crosstalk of macrophages in the pathogenesis of keloids, as well as macrophage-targeted therapies for keloids, aiming to provide new insights for the research and treatment of keloids.
