摘要: 【摘要】 肥大细胞通过分泌多种炎症介质在过敏反应中发挥作用。肥大细胞激活的经典途径为高亲和力IgE受体介导的过敏反应。但近年来,Mas相关G蛋白偶联受体(MRGRP)成员X2(MRGPRX2)被发现是负责非IgE介导肥大细胞激活的受体。本文主要综述MRGPRX2受体在慢性荨麻疹、特应性皮炎、变应性接触性皮炎、假性过敏反应、玫瑰痤疮等皮肤病中的研究进展。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Mast cells play a role in allergic reactions by secreting a variety of inflammatory mediators. The classical pathway of mast cell activation is mediated by high-affinity IgE receptors. In recent years, the Mas-related G protein-coupled receptor X2 (MRGPRX2) has been identified as the receptor responsible for non-IgE mediated mast cell activation. This review mainly summarizes the research progress in the role of the MRGPRX2 receptor in chronic urticaria, atopic dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, pseudoallergic reactions, rosacea, and other skin diseases.
