摘要: 【摘要】 富血小板血浆是离心自体全血后得到的血小板浓缩液,其最佳工作浓度为全血中血小板计数的4~7倍。血小板与凝血酶或氯化钙接触后被激活,可释放多种生长因子,具有止血、促进组织愈合、增强血管生成等作用,被认为是一种较低成本且安全的治疗方式,从而被广泛地应用于软组织和硬组织的创伤修复中。其在皮肤科中也得到广泛的应用,涉及脱发、皮肤年轻化、瘢痕修复、创面愈合等多个领域。本篇综述了富血小板血浆在皮肤科中的应用进展。
