Abstract: 【Abstract】 Melanoma is the most aggressive skin cancers, and its diagnosis and treatment remain a formidable challenge. At present, treatment methods for advanced melanoma include immunotherapy, chemotherapy, molecular targeted therapy, radiotherapy, photodynamic therapy, photothermal therapy, gene therapy, etc., but their efficacy remains limited. Application of emerging nanomaterials in the diagnosis and treatment of cancers can improve the drug bioavailability and cancer cell-targeting precision. This review summarizes the latest research progress on some nanoparticles used for the diagnosis and treatment of melanoma.
