摘要: 【摘要】 特殊部位银屑病包括发病于头皮、甲、手掌/足跖和生殖器等部位的银屑病,通常存在诊断和治疗不足、对常规治疗应答不佳等情况。本文对传统系统性药物、生物制剂和小分子靶向口服药物用于特殊部位银屑病治疗的有效性和安全性临床证据进行总结和更新,为临床医生针对患者情况个体化选择治疗药物提供参考。
