皮肤镜图像分析技术对黑踵病的诊断意义

Diagnostic significance of digital dermoscopy analysis in black heel

摘要: 【摘 要】 目的:探讨皮肤镜图像分析技术对黑踵病的诊断价值与临床意义。方法:随机就诊的黑踵病患者3例皮损4个,先采用皮肤镜图像分析技术诊断后经组织病理确诊,将结果进行回顾分析。结果:黑踵病在皮肤镜图像中具有特征性诊断指征—“脊上的卵石”样结构,与组织病理所见有较好的对应关系,这些特征与国外文献报道相符合。结论:皮肤镜图像分析技术是一种无创、既简便又可靠的检查方法,避免了过去对于本病只依赖于盲目手术活检才能与黑素瘤相鉴别的结论,对黑踵病与黑素瘤的鉴别有较好的敏感性,在临床具有重要意义。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application of Analysis technology of Dermoscopy digital image for diagnosing Black heel. Methods Observe measure parameter of randomly draw-outing 4 skin trauma from 3 sufferers with analysis technology of Dermoscopy digital image. After making sure the diagnosis by architectonic pathology, we run back over and then analyze the results of analysis technology of Dermoscopy digital image. Results Our study shows that Black heel has characteristic diagnostic sign on Dermoscopy digital image —‘pebbles on the ridges’, which match with the results of architectonic pathology. These characteristics were also consistent with reporting of document abroad. Conclusions Analysis technology of Dermoscopy digital image is a woundless, simple and reliable method. It provides great sensitivity to distinguish black heel from melanoma, which can avoid the conclusion in the past that only using biopsy could Black heel be distinguished from melanoma. It has great significance in clinical research.
