摘要： 目的 探讨维A酸受体αmRNA在寻常性银屑病皮损中的表达状况。方法 应用RT-PCR方法检测20例寻常性银屑病患者皮损部位和10例正常人表皮中维A酸受体αmRNA的表达情况。结果 维A酸受体αmRNA的表达在寻常性银屑病表皮中较正常人低,且差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 维A酸受体αmRNA的表达降低可能和银屑病发病有关。

Abstract: Objective To study level of the expression of RARα mRNA in the skin lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods The biopsies were taken from skin lesions in 20 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and the skin of 10 normal controls, and levels of RARα mRNA were investigated with RT-PCR. Results The level of RARαmRNA was significanlly lower in the epidermis of patients with psoriasis vulgaris than that in the control(P<0.01). Conclusion The results indicate that the decreased level of expression of RARα mRNA might be related to the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
