表皮细胞悬液移植治疗白癜风

Vitiligo Treated by Transplantation of Autologous Noncultured Epidermal Cell Suspension

摘要: 目的 建立非培养的自体表皮细胞悬液移植治疗白癜风的方法。方法 治疗24例稳定期白癜风患者。将取自臀部的皮肤体外消化后制成自体非培养的表皮细胞悬液,注入于白斑上冷冻诱发出的水疱内。结果 23例患者移植后显示色素恢复,14例经1次移植后色素恢复达62%~93%;9例2次移植后色素恢复达85%~97%,除2例在色素出现1~3个月后又消退外,其余随访半年以上,色素保持良好。结论 非培养的自体表皮细胞悬液移植治疗稳定期的各型白癜风有令人满意的疗效,且简便省时,可作为治疗稳定期白癜风的一种方法。

Abstract: Objective To establish a therapeutic method by transplantation of autologous noncultured epidermal cell suspension for the treatment of vitiligo. Methods The shave biopsy specimens of gluteal skin were trypsinized and epidermal cell suspension was prepared.The noncultured epidermal cell suspension was transplanted into a liquid nitrogen induced blister at the depigmented lesion. A total of 24 cases of vitiligo with lesions in stable stage were treated. Results Successful repigmentation was obtained in 23 of 24 patients, with the maximum repigmented area of 150 cm2. The repigmented areas accounted for 62%~93% of depigmented lesions in 14 patients after the first transplantation, and increased to 85%~97% in 9 patients with a second transplantation. After a follow up of 6 months, the repigmented areas sustained except two patients whose lesions became depigmented again in 1~3 months after repigmentation. One patient failed to response. Conclusion This technique of transplantation of autologous noncultured epidermal cell suspension appears to be an effective and simple method for treating patients with vitiligo in stable stage.
