银屑病患者活化血小板的流式细胞分析

摘要： 为进一步了解血小板活化与银屑病发病的关系,采用FACScan流式细胞仪和荧光标记的抗活化血小板单克隆抗体对36例银屑病患者血小板活化分子CD62P及CD63的表达进行了研究.结果显示:①患者血小板CD62P及CD63表达量较对照组显着增高(P均<0.01);②患者血小板CD62P及CD63表达量与PASI(银屑病面积和严重程度指标)间呈明显正相关(P<0.01);③患者血小板CD62P及CD63表达量与病程长短无关.进一步提示血小板活化可能在银屑病患者微血管改变、炎性反应、易合并闭塞性血管疾患等方面起了重要作用.

Abstract: In order to understand the relationship between platelet activation and the pathogenesis of psoriasis, expression of platelet.activation molecules CD62P and CD63 on platelets from 36 patients with psoriasis and from 31 healthy controls was detected by using flow cytometry and specific monoclonal antibodies against activated platelet. The results were as follows: ①Compared with normal subjects, increased expression of CD62P and CD63 on platelets from the patients with psoriasis was observed (P<0.01). ②Expression of CD62P and CD63 on platelets was positively correlated with PASI(psoriasis area and severity index) in psoriatic patients (P<0.01). ③There was no correlation between expression of platelet.activation molecules and course of disease in psoriatic patients. It is suggested that platelet activation may play an important role in microvascular changes, inflammation and higher incidence of occlusive vascular diseases found in psoriatic patients.
