摘要: 用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分离8种念珠菌染色体DNA并进行Southern转印,以白念珠菌、热带念珠菌、克柔念珠菌的全染色体DNA做探针与PFGE转移膜进行杂交.结果表明,除白念珠菌与近平滑念珠菌间基因同源性较高外,其余各念珠菌间DNA同源性并非如以前认为的那样高,而且同源序列几乎均位于rDNA所在的染色体上.

Abstract: DNA-DNA homology of & Candida species was studied by using the total chromosome DNA probes f rom C.albicans (la), C.tropicalis (2b) and C.krusei (6a), respectively.A high homology between C.parapsilosis and C.albicans was found, but the phylogenetic relations among other Candida species are not so close as thought previously.Moreover,we found that the homologous seguences among other Candida species were nearly located on the chromosome containing rDNA.
