摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】特应性皮炎是一种慢性炎症性皮肤疾病，抗原提呈细胞与T细胞激活、记忆T细胞持续存在与亚临床慢性炎症密切相关，长期炎症状态导致该病长期存在、复发及特应性合并症进程。疾病修饰旨在通过临床干预实现疾病自然进展轨迹的改变，以及停药期的长期深度缓解。近年来，多种靶向生物制剂已上市应用，极大改变了特应性皮炎患者的临床表现以及疾病的自然进程和合并症。本文综述特应性皮炎领域生物靶向治疗的前沿进展及对疾病的修饰价值。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Atopic dermatitis （AD） is a chronic inflammatory skin disease in which antigen presentation and T-cell activation, the persistence of memory T cells, and subclinical chronic inflammation are closely associated with disease chronicity, recurrence, and the development of atopic comorbidities. Disease modification aims to alter the natural course of a disease through clinical intervention and to achieve sustained deep remission after treatment discontinuation. In recent years, the introduction of multiple targeted biologic agents has markedly changed the clinical manifestations of AD, as well as its natural disease course and associated comorbidities. This article reviews recent advances in biologic targeted therapies for AD and their disease-modifying value.
