摘要: 【摘要】 特应性疾病是包括特应性皮炎、过敏性哮喘及过敏性鼻炎等在内的一系列变态反应性疾病,且发病机制复杂。代谢组学主要研究处于代谢途径末端的内源性小分子化合物,可以更直接地反映机体状态。近年来,大量代谢组学研究已显示,特应性疾病患者存在多种生化代谢途径异常,具体表现为某些氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸以及某些微生物相关的代谢物水平显著异常。本文综述近年来特应性疾病代谢组学方面研究的进展,以进一步揭示特应性疾病的潜在发病机制。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Atopic diseases are a series of allergic diseases, including atopic dermatitis, allergic asthma, and allergic rhinitis, etc., with complex pathogenesis. Metabolomics studies focus on endogenous small-molecule compounds at the end of different metabolic pathways, which can directly reflect the human body′s functional state. In recent years, a large number of metabolomic studies have shown various abnormal biochemical metabolic pathways in patients with atopic diseases, specifically manifesting as aberrantly high levels of some amino acids, unsaturated fatty acids, and microbial metabolites. This review summarizes the progress in metabolomics research on atopic diseases in recent years, to further reveal the potential pathogenesis of atopic diseases.
