摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】特应性皮炎是一种慢性复发性炎症性皮肤病，常伴重度瘙痒，给患者的生活质量带来了极大影响。Mas相关G蛋白偶联受体X2是一种在肥大细胞上高度表达的多配体受体，可对多种外源性和内源性刺激作出反应，通过多种信号级联触发肥大细胞脱颗粒和促炎症介质释放，在特应性皮炎的发生发展中起着重要作用。本文综述Mas相关G蛋白偶联受体X2在特应性皮炎瘙痒中的机制以及相关的药物抑制剂，以期为特应性皮炎瘙痒的治疗提供理论依据。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Atopic dermatitis is a chronic recurrent inflammatory skin disease, and often accompanied by severe itch, which greatly affects the quality of life of patients. Mas-related G protein-coupled receptor X2 is a multi-ligand receptor highly expressed on mast cells. It can respond to a variety of exogenous and endogenous stimuli, trigger mast cell degranulation and promote inflammatory mediator release through various signaling cascades, and play an important role in the occurrence and development of atopic dermatitis. This review summarizes current understanding on mechanisms of action of Mas-related G protein-coupled receptor X2 in atopic dermatitis-associated itch, as wellas related drug inhibitors, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of atopic dermatitis-associated itch.
