摘要: 【摘要】 近年来发现,雷帕霉素机制性靶蛋白(mTOR)信号通路影响毛囊的生长及发育,与毛发生长周期密切相关。本文综述mTOR信号通路对毛发生长周期的影响,为毛发疾病的治疗提供新的思路。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Recent studies have found that the mechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling pathway affects the growth and development of hair follicles, and is closely related to hair growth cycle. This review summarizes the effect of mTOR signaling pathway on the hair growth cycle, and provides new ideas for the treatment of hair diseases.
