保湿剂在特应性皮炎管理中的合理应用专家共识（2026版）

Abstract

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Moisturizer therapy is one of the fundamental treatments for atopic dermatitis. However, many challenges still exist in clinical practice despite its wide application. Based on Chinese and international guidelines, consensus, and clinical literature, and combined with expert clinical experience, an expert consensus on the rational use of moisturizers for atopic dermatitis was developed by a panel of Chinese experts convened by the Environmental and Occupational Skin Disease Research Group, Chinese Dermatovenerology Society of Integrative Medicine and other academic institutions. This consensus addresses key issues regarding the use of moisturizers in the management of atopic dermatitis, including the necessity of use, mechanisms of action, indications, contraindications, considerations during the application, selection principles, usage, dosage, and adverse reactions, aiming to provide guidance for the standardized application of moisturizers in clinical practice.
