Abstract: 【Abstract】 In recent years, with the in-depth research on the pathogenesis of vitiligo, the Janus kinase (JAK)-signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) pathway has attracted more and more attention. This review summarizes the role of the JAK-STAT signaling pathway in the development of vitiligo, as well as JAK-STAT inhibitors that are currently being studied or have been used in the treatment of vitiligo.
