Clinical evaluation of direct immunofluorescent examination in the diagnosis of 122 cases dermatoses

Abstract: In this paper, we reported the results of direct immunofluorescent examination of the normal and involved skim of lupus erythematosis and the involved skin of pemphigus, pemphigoid with FITC-conjugated goat antihuman IgG, IgA, IgM, C3 and fibrinogen antibodies. The results showed that DIF technique proved to be of certain value in the diagnosis of these diseases.
