Abstract: 【Abstract】 Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection may cause multisystem damage, among which skin and mucosal diseases are one of the most common extrapulmonary manifestations. In addition to common clinical manifestations such as urticaria and anaphylactoid purpura, there have been increasing cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae-induced erythema multiforme, Stevens-Johnson syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis and Mycoplasma pneumoniae-induced rash and mucositis reported in China and other countries. These diseases can lead to rare and severe skin and mucosal adverse reactions. This review summarizes Mycoplasma pneumoniae-associated skin and mucosal diseases, in order to enhance clinicians' understanding of these diseases and provide help for the treatment.

Key words: Pneumonia, Mycoplasma, Erythema multiforme, Setevens-Johnson syndrome, Toxic epidermal necrolysis, Mycoplasma pneumoniae-induced rash and mucositis
