Abstract: 【Abstract】 Psoriasis arthopathica, also known as psoriatic arthritis, is a special subtype of psoriasis. It manifests as varying degrees of peripheral and axial joint involvement, which seriously affects the life quality of patients. In recent years, rapid progress has been achieved in its diagnosis and treatment, especially the emergence of biologics has significantly improved the treatment outcome. Based on the latest domestic and international guidelines, and combined with the availability of diagnostic and therapeutic methods in China, the consensus focuses on clinical manifestations, classification, imaging and laboratory tests, diagnostic criteria and treatment of psoriasis arthropathica, providing a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis arthropathica in clinical practice.
