Abstract: In order to investigate the expresion of ICAM-1(CD54) and HLA-DR antigens on lesional keratinocytes(KCs) in some dermatoses,and its relationship with the dermal infiltrates in lesions,the ICAM-1 and HLA-DRMAbs,serial sections of frozen biopsy specimens and ABC immunoper-oxidase technique were employed.The expresion of CD54 and HLA-DR antigens on lesional KCs could be observed respectively in most specimens of psoriasis vulgaris(4/4,denominat or indicates the No.of the cases examined and the numerat or the No.of positive ones,the same below),lichen planus(5/6),chronic eczema(4/6),sporotrichosis(3/6),basal cell carcinoma(6/6),squamous cell carcinoma(5/7),and mycosis fungoides(MF) stage Ⅱ(4/5),stageⅢ(1/4).
