Study on Anti-Ureaplasma Urealyticum Action in Vitro and Therapeutic Efect of Shuanghuanglian to Non-gonococcal Urethritis

Abstract

Abstract: In order to find out an efective drug to treat nongonococal urethritis(NGU),we studied anti-Ureaplasma urealy ticum(UU) action in vitro and therapeutic efects of Shuanghuanglian injection,an extract of Chinese herb.50 strains of UU were cultured in a liquid medium in which Shuanghuanglian was added in doubling dilutions.Clinicaly,Shuanghuanglian injection was used to treat 62 patients with NGU caused by UU,60mg/kg/day,for ten days.
