Abstract: The frequency alterations of SCE spontaneous and MMGinducing SCE,silver staining nucleolus organizer legion (Ag-NGIt) aad silver sWniag satellite associaLions of acrocentric chromosome (Ag-AA) of lymphocytes were studied in a group of patients with psoxiasrs vulgaris. The results indicated that frequencies of spozttaneous and MMC-inducing SCE,Ag-NOR in group D chromosome and Ag-AA in group D-D and in group D-G chromasome in patients with psoriasis vulgaris were significantly highter than those in normal corltrots. Moreover, the frequencies of SCE sgontarseaus and Ag-AA in group D-D chromosome in patients with family history of psoriasis were markedly higher than those without family history of psoriasis.
