Abstract: An induction of pemphigus in neonatal mice by passive transfer of IgG from patients with pemphigus erythematosus is studied in this paper. The titers of pemphigus antibodies in two cases were both 1:128.Neonatal mice (Balb/c) 4 or 8 hours after birth given intraperitoneal IgG fraction from two patients with pemphigus erythematosus,in doses of 5mg per gram of body weight per day.Cutareous blisters were scen 24 wnd 48 hours after injection in 3 of 5 mice.IgG in the intercellular spaces of the mouse epidermis was found with direct immunofluorescence test. There was acantholysis with iretraepidermal vesicle. The result of this expcriment shows:pemphigus autoantibodies hav;e an imnartant role in the hatlogenesis of pemphigus crychematosus, this antibody can be passively transferred to neonatal mice.
