Abstract: Fifteen cases of lupus erythematosus profundus are reported. The typical clinical manifestations and pathological features of lupus erythematosus profundus are also rather significant. Lupus erythematosus profundus is a clinical type between discoid lupus erythematosus and systemic lupus erythematosus in the lupus erythematosus spectrum. It is unstable and may transform into systemic lupus erythematosus.
