Application of pregabalin in dermatology

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Pregabalin can reduce the release of multiple neurotransmitters by acting on the voltage?gated calcium channel of the nervous system. It is currently widely used in a variety of diseases, including neuropathic pain, generalized anxiety disorder, epilepsy and so on. In dermatology department, pregabalin also has a therapeutic effect on postherpetic neuralgia, prurigo nodularis, uremic pruritus, nerve?related pruritus and mentally relevant pruritus.
