摘要： 报道了200个寻常型银屑病核心家庭资料的复合分离分析结果.银屑病的遗传方式符合多基因假说.即银屑病是由多对等位基因决定的.同时受到环境因素的影响.在复合分离分析中多基因遗传度估计为0.63,采用Falconer回归法.由先证者一级亲属患病率得出的遗传度估计值为0.70.两种分析方法得出的遗传度估计值无显著性差异.

Abstract: The result of complex segregation analysis in 200 nuclear families with psoriasis vulgaris is reported in this paper.The made of inheritante of psoriasis was consistent with poaygenic hypothesis which postulated that psoriasis was detcrmined by more than one allele as well as environmental factors.The poIygenic heritabiiity was estimated at 0.63 in the complex segregation analysis.Falconer regression method Bras also used.An estimate of 0.70 for herit ability was obtained by the prevalence rates of the general population and the prohand's relatives.No significant difference was between the estimates diffierent methods.
