系统性红斑狼疮患者T淋巴细胞亚群Fas及bcl-2抗原的表达

Expression of Fas and bcl-2 Antigens on T Lymphocyte Subsets in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythe-matosus

摘要: 目的 通过对SLE患者末梢血 CD4+、CD8+、CD45RO+ T淋巴细胞亚群表面Fas及bcl-2抗原表达的测定,寻找与SLE发病有关的因素。方法 用流式细胞仪双色解析法。结果 与健康对照组比较,SLE患者的CD4+、CD8+、CD45RO+ T淋巴细胞亚群表面 Fas抗原表达明显增强 (P<0.01),而bcl-2抗原表达明显降低 (P<0.01)。结论 末梢血CD4+、CD8+、CD45RO+ T淋巴细胞亚群表面Fas抗原表达增强,bcl-2抗原表达降低即过度细胞凋亡现象可能与SLE发病有关。

Abstract: Objective To study the expression of Fas and bcl-2 antigens on T lymphocyte subsets in patients with SLE and healthy controls.Methods Flow cytometry(two colour analysis) were used. Results We observed thatthe expression of Fas antigen on CD4+,CD8+,CD45RO+ T lymphocyte subsets of SLE patients was significantly higher than that of healthy controls(P<0.01) and thatthe expression of bcl-2 antigen was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion Increased expression of Fas antigen and decreased expression of bcl-2 antigen on T lymphocyte subsets may be related to the pathogenesis of SLE.
