系统性红斑狼疮患者长期服用雷公藤对骨矿物质密度的影响

摘要: 目的 研究长期服用雷公藤对系统性红斑狼疮患者骨骼系统的远期影响。方法 采用灵敏度高的双能 X线骨矿物质密度测定仪对71例系统性红斑狼疮患者及其按年龄、性别、体重、身高相配对的健康对照者进行腰椎骨矿物质密度测定。结果 长期服用雷公藤组患者腰椎骨密度显著下降,其骨密度下降程度与累计服药时间有关。结论 长期服用雷公藤对系统性红斑狼疮患者骨骼系统有显著影响,使之以后发生骨质疏松和骨折的危险度增加,应引起临床医师的重视。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect on skeletal systemin SLE patients after long-termadministration of Tripterygium Wilfordii(TW). Methods The bone mineral density(BMD) of lumbar vertebrae 2~4 was detected by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA) with high sensitivity in 71SLE patients and healthy controls matched with age,sex,weight and height.Results (1) Long-termadminis-tration of TW could significantly decrease BMD level. (2) The degree of this effectwas significantly associ-ated with total duration of administration of TW. Conclusion Our data suggest that long-termadminis-tration of TW has remarkable effect on skeletal systemin SLE patients,and increases the risk rate of os-teoporosis and bone fracture.
