白癜风角朊细胞内皮素1mRNA表达的研究

摘要： 目的 了解白癜风黑素细胞的消失与角朊细胞产生的内皮素-1(ET-1)水平的关系.方法 采用原位杂交的方法检测了14例进展期寻常型白癜风患者表皮角朊细胞ET-1 mRNA表达.结果 白癜风患者白斑区及白斑边缘角朊细胞ET-1 mRNA表达明显降低.结论 白癜风的发生可能与角朊细胞所分泌的ET-1等生长因子缺乏有关,角朊细胞ET-1表达水平降低的原因以及在白癜风发病中作用尚需进一步研究.

Abstract: Objective To study the expression of endothelin-1 (ET-1) mRNA in keratinocytes in patients with vitiligo. Methods Fourteen patients with progressive vitiligo were measured by hybridization in situ. Results Our results showed that the expression of ET-1 mRNA was markedly decreased. Conclusion The results revealed that decreased ET-1 expression may be associated with the pathogenesis of vitiligo. The cause and role of decreasing of ET-1 expression of keratinocyte in vitiligo lesion need to be studied further.
