非磨削型嫩肤激光对小鼠皮肤失水的影响

摘要: 目的 研究非磨削型激光嫩肤对皮肤屏障功能的影响.方法 用CooltouchⅡ 1320nm激光、Gentlelase755nm激光、Vbeam595nm激光、GentleYAG1064nm激光照射小鼠皮肤.并用1%透明质酸钠涂抹于GentleYAG 1064nm激光照射后的皮肤,观察1周内皮肤经表皮失水、含水量的变化.结果 激光照射小鼠皮肤1h时就出现了经表皮失水较正常对照组显著性增高(P<0.05),595nm激光照射引起的皮肤经表皮失水值增高在激光照射后的第7天恢复正常(P>0.05).1320nm激光在第2天时恢复正常(P>0.05),1064nm激光在第4天恢复正常(P>0.05),755nm激光在第4天恢复正常(P>0.05).GentleYAG1064nm激光照射部位的皮肤每天用1%透明质酸钠涂抹1次后,经表皮失水值在第4天恢复正常(P>0.05).结论 各种非磨削型嫩肤激光照射小鼠背部皮肤后均引起局部皮肤经表皮失水增加,24h内均未能恢复正常,但是在1周时均可基本恢复正常.波长较短的595nm激光引起的经表皮失水恢复较慢,而波长较长的1320nm激光引起的经表皮失水恢复较快.激光照射后外用1%透明质酸钠无助于皮肤经表皮失水的恢复.

Abstract: Objective To study the impact of non-ablative laser rejuvenation on the transepidermal water loss of murine skin. Methods A Cooltouch Ⅱ 1 320 nm laser, Gentlelase 755 nm laser, Vbeam 595 nm laser and GentleYAG 1 064 nm laser were used to irradiate murine bark skin. In the GentleYAG 1 064 nm laser group, 1% sodium hyaluronate (SH) was used to treat murine skin following laser treatment. Skin transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and water content of the skin were measured at 1 h, 3 h, 6 h, 9 h, 12 h, 1 d, 2 d, 3 d, 4 d, 5 d, 6 d, and 7 d after laser treatment. Results Skin TEWL significantly increased as early as 1 h after laser treatment (P<0.05), and recovered on day 7 after laser treatment in the 595nm laser group, on day 2 in the 1320 nm laser group, on day 4 in the 1 064 nm laser and 755 nm laser group, as well as on day 4 in 1 064 nm laser group with additional 1% SH treatment (all P>0.05). Conclusions Although each of the various forms of non-ablative laser rejuvenation investigated in this study can induce an abnormal increase of skin TEWL, the TEWL recovers within 1 week. The recovery of skin TEWL in the 595 nm laser group is slower than that in the 1 320 nm laser group, which may be caused by the difference in the wavelengths. After laser treatment, SH (1%) confers no benefit upon skin TEWL recovery.
