Abstract: 【Abstract】 Calcium-sensing receptors (CaSRs) are a kind of G protein-coupled receptors widely expressed in various cell types in the human body, and their roles in the pathophysiological changes in skin of the elderly have been gradually revealed in recent years. This review summarizes the functions and regulatory mechanisms of CaSRs in skin of the elderly in recent years, and emphasizes their roles in maintaining the skin barrier, regulating inflammatory responses, and influencing the aging process, aiming to provide new insights into the prevention and treatment of skin disorders in the elderly.
