摘要： 【摘要】 近年来，国内外老年皮肤瘙痒症研究进展迅速，对该病的认识也越来越深入。为规范老年皮肤瘙痒症的诊疗与康复，中国康复医学会皮肤病康复专业委员会、中国中西医结合学会皮肤性病专业委员会老年皮肤病学组组织相关专家，结合国内外最新研究进展，特别是一些循证医学证据，制订了《老年皮肤瘙痒症诊疗与康复专家共识（2025版）》，为解决临床实际问题、缓解或消除患者症状、提高患者生活质量提供建议。
