摘要: 【摘要】 皮肤影像技术的应用可显著提高甲病诊断的准确性,并评估治疗效果。本文主要综述反射式共聚焦显微镜、光学相干断层扫描成像、皮肤高频超声和甲皱襞毛细血管镜在甲病中的应用,评价其临床应用的优势和局限性。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Skin imaging techniques can markedly improve the accuracy of diagnosis of nail diseases, and can be used to evaluate therapeutic effects. This review mainly summarizes the application of reflectance confocal microscopy, optical coherence tomography, high-frequency ultrasound, and nailfold capillaroscopy in nail diseases, and evaluates their advantages and limitations in clinical practice.
