摘要: 【摘要】 麻风是由麻风分枝杆菌感染引起的慢性传染性疾病,目前诊断主要依据临床表现和实验室检查,其中实验室检查主要包括皮肤涂片查菌和皮肤损害组织学检查。但部分麻风疑似患者,如少菌型、纯神经炎型患者,按传统实验室检查无法诊断,有必要利用分子和免疫学检查协助诊断。本共识在参考国内外麻风诊断相关文献、指南基础上编写,旨在促进麻风早期精准诊断和治疗。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Leprosy is a chronic infectious skin disease caused by Mycobacterium leprae. Traditionally, its diagnosis mainly relies on clinical manifestations and laboratory examinations which include slit-skin smears and histopathological examinations of skin biopsies. As to some suspected leprosy cases, such as paucibacillary leprosy or pure neural leprosy cases, it is difficult to diagnose using traditional laboratory tests, thus molecular and immunological examinations are necessary for auxiliary diagnosis. This expert consensus was developed based on Chinese and international literature and guidelines on leprosy diagnosis, aiming to promote early and precise diagnosis and treatment of leprosy.
