摘要: 【摘要】 长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)主要通过表观遗传修饰、mRNA选择性剪接调控、结合微小RNA等机制参与皮肤鳞状细胞癌(cSCC)的发生发展。本文综述近年来lncRNA在cSCC中调控的研究,探讨其作用机制,寻找cSCC潜在治疗靶点及生物标志物。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) participate in the occurrence and development of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) mainly through epigenetic modification, mRNA alternative splicing, and binding to microRNAs. This review focuses on recent research progress in regulatory role of lncRNAs in cSCC, and discusses its mechanisms of action, aiming to seek potential therapeutic targets and biomarkers for cSCC.
