活化Stat 3和细胞周期蛋白D1蛋白在寻常性银屑病中的表达

The expression of phosphorylated signal transducer and activator of transcription-3 and Cyclin D1 protein in psoriasis vulgaris

摘要: 目的 探讨寻常性银屑病中磷酸化信号传导和转录激活因子(p-Stat 3)和细胞周期蛋白(Cyclin D1)的表达及其相关性。方法 通过免疫组化方法研究p-Stat 3和Cyclin D1蛋白在寻常性银屑病中的表达,并探讨p-Stat 3和Cyclin D1蛋白表达的相关性。结果 在22例的寻常性银屑病标本中,19例p-Stat 3和20例Cyclin D1染色阳性,且染色均位于表皮棘细胞层的细胞核中,但一些血管内皮细胞p-Stat 3染色呈阳性。而且,p-Stat 3蛋白表达与Cyclin D1的表达有显著相关性(P<0.01)。结论 Stat 3信号途径在银屑病的发病机制中起作用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of and association between phosphorylated signal transducer and activator of transcription-3(p-Stat 3)and Cyclin D1 protein in psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Biopsy samples from 22 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were obtained,and subjected to immunohistochemical staining for p-Stat 3 and Cyclin D1 protein.Results Of the 22 specimens,19 and 20 were positive for p-Stat 3 and Cyclin D1 staining respectively.Both p-Stat 3 and Cyclin D1 were observed in the nuclei of spinous layer of epidermis,and p-Stat 3 was also expressed in some vascular endothelial cells. Moreover,there was a significant association between p-Star 3 and Cyclin D1 expression.Conclusion The Stat 3 signaling pathway may participate in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.
