食用鱼胆引起药疹样皮炎一例

摘要：

报告一例食鱼胆中毒引起的皮炎。患者女，53岁。口服鱼胆后第二日腋下、腹部、外阴、肘腘窝出现红斑、松弛水疱伴瘙痒，发热，头晕及肝、肾、心肌等多脏器损害。皮肤病理学检查非特异性。

Abstract:

A case of eruption due to ingestion of fish gall bladder is reported. A 53-year-old female presented with erythema ,slack blister companion with itchy， painful，high fever，dizzy ，and the patient also had damage of liver、 kidney、 cardia. Histopathological changes of the lesion show no characteristic.
