银屑病患者血小板活化因子乙酰水解酶基因突变的研究

Platelet-activating Factor Acetylhydrolase Gene Mutation and Psoriasis

摘要: 目的 探讨血小板活化因子乙酰水解酶基因突变(Arg92→His)与银屑病的关系.方法 对47例银屑病患者及52例健康对照者,分别用聚合酶链反应技术(PCR)及限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(RFLP)分析血小板活化因子乙酰水解酶基因组DNA的突变等位基因.结果 银屑病组突变率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 血小板活化因子乙酰水解酶基因突变(Arg92→His)与银屑病存在相关性,其突变可能为银屑病的一个发病高危因素.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between a mutation in the platelet-activating factor (PAF) acetylhydrolase gene (Arg92→His) and psoriasis. Methods Genomic DNA was analyzed in 47 patients with psoriasis and 52 healthy controls via polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism. Results The frequency of the mutation in the PAF acetylhydrolase gene (Arg92→His) was significantly higher in patients with psoriasis than that in the controls (P<0.05). Conclusion The mutation (Arg92→His) in PAF acetylhydrolase gene, which is related to psoriasis, may be a genetic risk factor for psoriasis.
