流式细胞分析法检测皮肤恶性淋巴瘤和淋巴细胞浸润性疾病

摘要： 用流式细胞分析法检测70例皮肤恶性淋巴瘤(CML)和41例皮肤淋巴细胞浸润性疾病[17例慢性光化性皮炎(CAD)和29例良性皮肤淋巴细胞浸润与其它皮肤病(CPL)]患者111个皮肤活检标本石蜡块的DNA含量和细胞周期分布.统计学上.CML[蕈样肉芽肿(MF)Ⅱ-MFⅢ.Sézary综合征(SS),非MF,SS皮肤外周T细胞淋巴瘤、生发中心细胞性淋巴瘤和真性组织细胞性淋巴瘤]的DNA指数(DIs)和增殖指数(PIs)与CPL的差异有显著意义.DIs对鉴别MFI和CPL也有帮助.DIs与PIs之间有线性关系.并与CML的恶性程度和死亡率呈平行关系.

Abstract: DNA content and cell cycle distributions in paraffin-embedded blocks of 111 skin biopsy specimens of 70 patients with cutaneous maligpant lymphomas (CML) arid 41 patients with lymphocytic infiltrative diseases were eaumated by flow cytometry.A statistical significant diffierence between DNA indices (DIs) or proliferative indices (PIs) for CML (MF Ⅱ,MF Ⅲ SS,cutancous peripheral T cell lymphomas other than MF and SS,cntaneous gcrminaI center cell-derived lymphomas and cutancous gcniune histeocytic lymphoma) and lymphocytic infiitrative diseases.DIs were also of helpful in differentiating MFI from lyrruphocytic infiltrative diseases.There was a inear relationship lxtween DIs and PIs,which had a parallel relationship to the degrees of malignancy and mortality of CML.
