摘要： 应用扫描电镜和透射电镜研究了疣状瓶霉和棘状外瓶霉的产孢方式.结果澄清了关于疣状瓶霉产孢方式的争论,即初级及次级产孢均为内壁芽生型.棘状外瓶霉的初级产孢是全壁芽生型.次级产抱则为内壁芽生型,环痕梗在产生孢子后继续增殖.

Abstract: The authors studied the ontogeny of Phialophora verrucose and Exophiala spinifera by using SEN and TEM. The results showed that the primary and secondary conidia from phialides are enteroblastic. The primary conidia from annellides of E. spinifera is holoblastic. But the secondary conidia from annelldes is enteroblastic. The annellide undergoes percurrent proliferation after maturation at its apex.
