摘要： 【摘要】 2021年，国内外研究者在系统性红斑狼疮发病机制、诊断和评估、治疗方面取得了一系列研究新进展，本文综述主要代表性成果。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 In 2021, Chinese and international researchers have made a lot of new progress in pathogenesis, diagnosis and evaluation, and treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus. This review summarizes major representative advances.
